In this Capability booster, we will go beyond simple task prioritisation and allocation (although we’ll cover those basics too). We will quickly step into a more complex and potentially higher reward area of people management – namely, delegation with motivation as the focal point.
In this Capability booster, you will:
identify the motivations at play in your team,
explore why they matter when it comes to delegation,
evaluate when not to delegate, rather to choose a different approach,
equip yourself to have delegation conversations, and
develop a way to manage once you've delegated.
