I went into my sessions with few expectations and just a handful of queries. However, within a short time with Belinda, who has an excellent ability to listen, ask probing questions and share her wealth of in company experience, I came out with a greater sense of clarity, confidence and rejuvenated energy for my role as Co-founder at Mossy Earth, a 7 year old start-up. The sessions also brought to light a number of issues to resolve and paths to pursue, in the workplace, which in time will further help my development as a leader.
